★★★★★ I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The front desk service was exceptional, with staff members who were polite, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The complimentary coffee, tea, and wine was a plus. The rooms were clean, modern, and inviting. Additionally, the hotel's location provided easy access to a great beach, mall, and dining options, all within walking distance and at an affordable price. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!

A good stay if ...

A good stay if you need somewhere affordable in Bay Harbor. Rooms were pretty clean and comfortable. The free wine they have is also a plus!
