A very cool Boutique Style Hotel. Very close to Bal Harbour shopping and a great healthy Cafe down the block. I would highly recommend the Hotel. Reasonable pricing...especially for the area, and I look forward to staying there again.

A quaint and cute beach house hotel with comfortable, clean rooms and lovely design. Relaxed and quiet neighborhood with nice shops/nail salons nearby. A safe feel. Down the street from a healthy restaurant. The only problem is the rooms have ant problems and the hotel is half hour from Miami Beach and Wynwood. My Ubers were up to $40 to get to the Art Basel events. But I enjoyed the hotel itself (compared to the Miami Beach hotels during Art Basel) and homey feel and the fact that it has an adjoining restaurant and places close by for convenience (nail salons, local convenience store, food, walking space). The complimentary breakfast doesn’t have hot food—rather bagels, fruit, and cereals. No pool or gym but I enjoyed jogging outside with the beautiful breeze and weather. Respectful clientele and employees.

We stayed at the Landon for 12 days. It is a quaint, smaller, older hotel. We found it very clean. The staff went above and beyond any request we made, they were all very professional. The location was perfect. we were able to walk to lots of places, cafes, restaurants, and the beach. Our experience was great.

La habitación es muy buena, mb cama, escritorio, cafetera, baño, todo excelente. Mb atención, fruta las 24 hs, muy buena ubicación, muy recomendable!
