We spent some days ...

We spent some days in Miami and found this great hotel. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The service is great - at any time. The rooms are clean. The hotel is only 800m (500 yards) away from the beach. The area around the hotel is very calm. I would book it again.

The staff from the ...

The staff from the cleaning crew to the office clerks were fantastic. Very attentive and professional. Special thanks to Adela for a spotless room cleaning and Feliciano front desk for being thoughtful on our 28th wedding anniversary.

The front desk staff ...

The front desk staff is so polite and customer service is amazing. The hotel is very clean along with our room. The room size was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. I do wish the room had a small microwave though.
