Madelyn, was the very best , she was friendly and informative , very professional as well as helpful . She was extremely attentive to our needs , she even warmed up our food in the microwave "who does that". I will make sure I revisit just because of her service. Its very rare that you feel appreciated by the staff at some of the big hotels. Madelyn took care of everything , and you can tell she loves her job and to me that makes all the difference

The hotel is smaller than most (2 floors no elevator) I came for surgery and the afternoon girl at the front desk made sure I had everything I needed. She kept me on the first floor because I wouldn't be able to walk and told me to call the front if I needed anything at all. Even when I felt like I was asking too much she continued her pleasant demeanor and helped me. I felt very taken care of. The breakfast is the only thing I didn't like it's just bagels and yogurt but it's not like eating was on my mind anyway

When we arrived at the hotel I was charmed with the cute boutique style lobby. The breakfast area is rather small and aside from those places there's not really anywhere else to hang out. They had a happy hour serving red and white wine in the lobby. I didn't care for either, I prefer something sweeter. But I really enjoyed the staffs attitude. Very positive and receptive. Our AC wasn't working right and ended up soaking the floor. After we told the front desk they gave us a much nicer room for the inconvenience. Staff friendly, room nice, wish they had more wine options but I enjoyed this overall

Very close walk to the beach. Great location and atmosphere. Access to the Palm restaurant from the hotel lobby. Wonderful staff! We got a great deal online using the hotel tonight app
