Great location for excellent restaurants and a short trip to Haulover Beach.

Very quiet and well ...

Very quiet and well located hotel Walking distance from the beach, Collins Ave and Bal Harbour shops Complimentary water, coffee and fruit 24/7 Parking fee USD15 but if you arrive late you might not find whre to park and you have to pay parking in the street, or run the risk of getting a ticket Front Desk : Very polite receptionists. Rooms are small and don´t have enough space for clothes. Bathroom small and old. Needs a bit of remodelling.

Decided to evacuate to ...

Decided to evacuate to Miami for hurricane Milton. Staff was the shining star here! From the reservation, to calling for a late arrival to responding to questions or extending our stay. They were the best in a very stressful time for us, and traveling with our pets. Rooms were clean and nice. Hotel is in a quiet nice and safe neighborhood. Nice places to eat within easy walking distance. We will be back to just unwind.

Great price. Super compassionate ...

Great price. Super compassionate staff. Was immediately taken care of upon late arrival. Had many amenities... including drinks, breakfast bar, and onsite dining. I didn't need it but there's no elevator.
