AGuests may begin checking in at 3 pm. Check-out is at 11 am. If you’re arriving to Miami early, let us know. We will do our best to accommodate. If we can’t, we’ll gladly store your luggage and give you area recommendations. Likewise, if you’ve got a late departure, we’re happy to stow your luggage while you enjoy a few final hours in Bal Harbour.
ACancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date. If canceled the day of arrival, you will be charged for a one night stay, plus tax.

AEach room booked at The Landon Miami Beach is subject to a 13% local and Florida state tax. There is also an Urban Fee of $15 added to every reservation.

AWhile we do not offer our own fitness center, the Urban Fee at The Landon allows guests to utilize the nearby LA fitness or Harbor Fitness facilities with their room key.
AWhile we do not offer a pool or spa on property, our on-site concierge can give you recommendations in the area for the best places to go. For fitness buffs, The Landon guests can take their room key to LA fitness for pool access.
AYes, wired and wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and is included in the Urban Fee. Feel free to surf anywhere throughout the hotel or in your room.
